Schedule of Availability

WebProcure is available online 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The scheduled maintenance window for WebProcure® is Sunday evenings between 9:00 p.m. and Midnight Eastern Time. Scheduled maintenance does not necessarily result in downtime -- unless it is absolutely necessary.

Note that Purchase Order integration to SAAS is not available during the SAAS nightly processing cycle. As a result transactions created in WebProcure during this time will be placed into automatic recovery and processed once SAAS is available.

SAAS Integration Downtime

  • Monday 7:00 p.m. – Tuesday 7:00 a.m.
  • Tuesday 7:00 p.m. – Wednesday 7:00 a.m.
  • Wednesday 7:00 p.m. – Thursday 7:00 a.m.
  • Thursday 7:00 p.m. – Friday  7:00 a.m.
  • Friday 6:00 p.m. – Saturday 8:00 a.m.
  • Saturday 6:00 p.m. – Monday 7:30 a.m.
  • Sunday down all day.
