Schedule of Availability

Monday - Thursday 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Friday - 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Last working day of the month 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Scheduled maintenance by ITS or MMRS will be posted on our "Featured News" (Home) page and the SAAS Banner Screen.

Requests for SAAS Week-end Availability

SAAS will be unavailable on weekends unless a request for exception is made in writing by Thursday Noon preceeding the requested weekend. Send requests for exceptions to Jenny Bearss, CSIO at: bearssj@dfa.state.ms.us, or via fax at 601-359-6551. Exceptions to this rule will be:

Legislative Session conference weekends.
Saturdays in June--July for end of year processing and new fiscal year start up.

Changes to Requested Job Schedule

Due to our cost reduction measures, any requests made for FMSG01 and FMGM jobs will be submitted during our nightly cycle processing. The output will be released to your printer once the jobs are complete. If you have any questions, contact Carlos Brent at 601-359-1323.
