Agency Site Visits

Agency site visits are performed annually by MMRS Applications Functional staff to get first-hand knowledge of the issues agencies face. MMRS staff offer assistance for immediate problems and gather suggestions on ways to improve our services and support. Information gathered from agency site visits is documented and a follow-up report is sent to agency staff.
